Our production center includes No. 7 cold chamber die-casting machines from 250 to 1000 TON of clamping force. This force is divided into:    - 1 Colosio PFO1000 ton    - 1 Colosio PFO560 ton    - 1 Colosio PFO500 ton    - 3 Colosio PFO400 ton    - 1 Colosio PFO250 ton  The die-casting machines are planned on two production lines based on the tonnage: the first is assigned to medium-small machines, the second is assigned to medium-big machines. This subdivision allows us to manage the production in every phase with better efficiency. The production can count on the melting capacity of 4000 Kg/h thanks to two melting furnaces placed at the head of the two production lines. The liquid aluminium is carried from the melting furnace to the holding furnace through a monorail with hand-operated hoist. The purification and chemical analysis of the metal are made at the beginning of each working shift, in order to grant the quality of the parts.
	The productive structure of the company is equipped with 7 machines of die castings fully automated. The power of said machines is developed along a range from 250 to 1000 tons; that capacities so differentiated permit to realize pieces having weight from Kg. 0,1 to Kg 18,0
